Fineline Aerogel Insulation Pads provide an effective thermal barrier between battery cells, helping to reduce heat transfer and protect battery modules in the event of thermal runaway. Their low thermal conductivity and high-temperature resistance support safer and more stable battery operation.

Available in framed and unframed configurations, the pads can also accommodate cell expansion and contraction throughout the battery’s operational life. Different material constructions and thicknesses are available to meet specific thermal, mechanical and packaging requirements.
