Fineline Flexible Printed Circuit Assemblies provide a compact and reliable solution for thermal and voltage sensing within battery modules and packs. Their flexible construction reduces wiring complexity while supporting accurate signal transmission between cells and the Battery Management System.

Available in single-layer, dual-access and double-layer configurations, FPCA solutions can integrate connectors, NTC or PTC sensors, fuses and nickel tabs. They can be supplied as standalone assemblies or integrated directly into Cell Contacting Systems.
