a word from our general manager
Hi, my name is Dirk Wolter, and I have been at Fineline since 1995.
I started out working as a commercial trainee in PCB manufacturing, continued in computer-aided manufacturing for 2 years, and then successfully ran the operational sales for several years. After merging with AVIV PCB in 2007, I became the managing director of our operations in Germany.
Our team is strong, has a good mindset, and helps each other to grow. Working with us, you will learn about the technical magic behind all electronic devices in the present and future, gain confidence, and be responsible for your own decisions.
This is your opportunity to step into the electronic field and gain deep knowledge about PCB manufacturing, and professional sales.

I have been proudly working here since 2018. I started out as a trainee and spent some time working in the Logistics and Finance Departments, as well as the product owner team, before settling into my current role as a single point of contact inside sales.
I enjoy the ability to continue learning more and more through workshops and the wide range of challenges that the job entails. In addition, I find that I am always learning from my coworkers, as everyone is considered equal and has equal opportunities.

I have been working in Sales at Fineline since April 2021.
I enjoy the variety of tasks in my profession, the abundance of workshops and the fascinating customer base. At Fineline, I enjoy independent work, as well as terrific colleagues who are always helpful. Everyone is on the same wavelength, working together and exchanging experiences, which makes for a great working atmosphere.
I am also grateful that my work is flexible thanks to the option to work from home, as well as the many opportunities to develop further through workshops. There is even the possibility to travel and visit subsidiaries, such as those in Spain and Italy!

I am Benedikt Bohn, and I have been working at Fineline since September 2022 as a point of contact for customers.
I am continuously fascinated by the complexity of PCBs and find that I learn something new every day. I love that I can always ask my team leader for help or advice and that they are interested in the opinions and thoughts of their team members.
