Hi, my name is Shay Padness, and I am the General Manager of Fineline Israel, and am proud to have been working at Fineline for over a decade now, since 2012.

I have been at Fineline Since 2015, and the truth is that I love everything about my job.
My position as a Corporate Controller is very interesting and challenging, and my work directly impacts Fineline’s finances. Coordinating with many members of Fineline’s and our partner’s finance team, I enjoy the responsibility as well as the opportunities to work together and meet our goals.

I have been working at Fineline since 2009. After so many years, it just feels like home – I love the people I see every morning.
I am currently the director of the sales department, after working as a sales team manager and then a purchasing manager. My job has a variety of responsibilities, but my favorite is guiding, training, and mentoring my employees.

I have been working at Fineline since 2017 and am currently the finance manager, after working as a bookkeeper. In my job, I enjoy assisting, problem-solving, and seeking out fresh ideas, and appreciate the opportunity to improve processes.
