In 2017 Fineline developed a cutting-edge CRM and CPQ (Costing, Pricing, Quoting) system. The system is now live and has been implemented in all Fineline’s global subsidiaries.
The system was developed on Salesforce, with the objective of enhancing customer service, efficiency and information security. A few of the features of the new systems are:
(1) Online monitoring of RFQ and orders from customers, allowing more transparency, SLA management and workload balancing.
(2) New CPQ tool, providing the ability to manage “tenders” among various suppliers, in order to provide the optimal offer in terms of quality/delivery/price, in minimum time.
(3) New workflows with more automation, minimizing internal e-mails, and using “push notification” for on-the-spot alert – on the user’s mobile or desktop.
